eae415 Usps lost my package from posh for a week, then posh harassed me to hurry up and inspect my order. I get that someone is waiting to get paid...Just like I was waiting for my package. Usps isn't reliable.

atkyros @eae415 did they refund your shipping!!? I'm annoyed for a couple reasons - #1!!! If I provided bad svc and a buyer told posh- I'd get an email and possibly have my account cancelled by posh!! #2 if I want to refund someone I shouldn't have to ask for approval from POSH- it's MY money - I even offered they keep their 20% and refund my portion.

atkyros @eae415 Usps just passed blame back and forth, and it's not worth the high blood pressure to yell at everyone. My customers being happy is way more important to me than a few dollars especially when it's the right thing to do.

eae415 @atkyros They didn't, I didn't even ask. Usps has, in all my dealings, here, eBay, Amazon, personal use, NEVER been reliable. When I called them, they had NO clue my package was DAYS past delivery. It hadn't moved, per tracking, in 4 days. After I called, it started moving again that night, but still took a couple days to get here bcuz I arranged with the post office to keep it as I was outta town. As a buyer, I understand and appreciate your stance.

atkyros @eae415 thanks for letting me vent 😘 lol still didn't hear back from a manager from posh. I probably won't. It makes me think of that saying 'be nice to people on your way up, because you'll see them again on your way down' - posh is an ingenious app - but someone can expand on their idea and push them out of business. Can't do jack about usps - government / and union.

eae415 @atkyros any time, I personally HATE bad service, but as you said, can't fight usps. Not knocking posh, but, rebagg...there are already folks copying posh's business model.
