Very nice, clean diabetic bag. Can be used as just a purse but there is a section inside this one that will hold all the diabetic items you might need to carry with you day to day. Back compartment: 1 zip pocket inside.1 snap pocket outside, front pocket inside open pocket. Zip closures. Approx. 9.5'' W x 7.5'' H x 3'' D.Approx. 56.0'' removable adjustable strap. A little wear on front bottom corners, a little ink mark on front and one tiny spot inside one pocket (see last 3 pictures). Very nice looking purse, in very good condition, clean ready for use. Gold hardware. It is made for a diabetic but anyone can use the purse, very versatile.
