I cannot find a manufacturer name anywhere on this bag. All I can tell you is that it is leather and it was made in China. Measurements: 14 inches across (bottom) 12 inches across (top opening) 10 inches high 14 inch handle drop Interior is chocolate brown fabric and has two small open pockets and a large zipper pocket.
