Mystic Dreams Tie Dye Dress - Brand New WOT

Vneck style tie dye dress. Very flattering. Non see-through material. Does have a fair amount of stretch. 100% cotton It is brand new - never worn. The only reason is doesn’t have an actual tag is because the boutique itself does not send items with tags but it does come in it’s original packaging. Selling it because it was longer on me than what I expected and could not return. Cutting what I needed would have removed most of the tie dye portion.
