N by Nancy black dress, XL. New with tags

Beautiful midi dress with a black stretchy panels at the center and chain/tie design at the sides. Each side has attached sashes at the sides decorated with 3 gold buttons at the waist. This dress is new with tags, but shows very minor wear from hanging in my closet. The gold buttons have light scratching and there is a small run at the bottom of the dress and a very small run under the right arm. See last photos. Otherwise good condition.
