Bought this second hand at a small store. It has been taken adjusted in the straps with a stitch but seems like it can be taken out. Really fun piece for summer - super cute!!! No size on the dress but I believe it’s 2-4 falling on the smaller size. (My mannequin is larger than that hence the back photo but fully zipped lol)
