NAP loungewear cream snap button turtle neck cropped sweatshirt

This cropped sweatshirt is absolutely adorable but I have no idea why there are snap button strings on the sleeves… I’m pretty short so the sleeves are a bit too long Tag was ripped off then never worn Does have a spot where it looks like something rubbed up against the back shoulder in transport. Most likely washes out but I’m not great with that sort of stuff
