The front-spine-& back covers have a cloth like look and feel with a textured feel. This region has extensive discoloration - color fading - and browning of the colors. The top-bottom corners edges will have chaffed-scuffed & ding corners, which includes the top/bottom corners at the spine regions. The title page or 1st page after the front cover pastedown has a ripped at the bottom within the bind. However, still 90% intact. All pages will show extensive browning & some minor foxing due to the age of this book, circa MCM or 1900. The center fore edges of this book will show moderate foxing, & heavy browning. The top edge has a brown color, which is part of the book. The bottom edge has moderate browning, & partial liquid damage & chaffed edges The spine region has discoloration of colors due to liquid splattering damage, which includes the back side as well. The entire binding of this book is still fully intact with no tearing, and fully bound.
