NAVY PROM DRESS ORIGINALLY 350 - negotiable

Size 13. The top of the dress has cut outs with black, silver, and sequins outlining the cuts and underneath is a tan nylon so it could almost appear that nothing is underneath. The back of the top is a comfy stretchy material with a zipper in the middle. The bottom has three layers: the outside tool, then the regular fabric, then the regular with some tool to give a little puff to it. I'm 5'4 1/2 and wore it with about 3in heels. Only worn once!
