Hot & Delicious navy tunic with matte gold sequins Elastic waist. Can be worn as a tunic with leggings or as a sexy mini dress. Boat neck, flutter sleeve well loved but still in good condition no structural damage but some areas have lost sequin detail or loose threads (see pics) Size Medium but loose fitted (worn comfortably when I was a size 6-size 10)
