25fashion Sleeve lengths are measured from top of sleeve (near shoulder area), to the bottom of sleeve.

joanng8820 actually it is not. The sleeve inseam is a more correct measurement as the point to point of the garment impacts the outer sleeve length. If you want to measure the outer sleeve length, the proper way is point to point divided by 2 then down the length of the outer sleeve
