NBD revolve turtleneck long sleeve cut out knit size small

This is knit and a thicker material. It does stretch but I would say it’s true to size and possibly almost running a bit smaller. It looks super small but for help I’m 25.5” waist, 5’9, and 32DD enhanced. Worn once
