NBW Blouse with lace sleeves

Never worn, did not fit. Textured shirt with seam on neck as shown. Lace see through sleeves with slightly more fitting cuff to drape/gather sleeves as desired. XL, I would say runs more like a 14 or 16 size. For example if a L blouse loose, this will be too big unless baggy is desired. Gray with silver tints.
