NDC made by hand ballet flats

Beautiful handmade two-tone ballet flats in a size 39. Brand new and never worn. I screwed up the sizing and these are too small for me or I'd keep them! They do run quite small and to me they feel like an 8 not a 9. Originally bought from gilt.com and totally legit. There's a serial number inside the toe of the right shoe. I can't get a pic due to the angle and light but if you buy them you can check it to make sure it's there.
