Beautiful gold plated, long chain necklace with a beautiful heart medallion with a third of a topaz stone in the center with costume diamonds cascading around the stone and the heart is a cut out motif lacy motif and it has three charms. Chi, heart and pearl, and then it cascades down with three chains with pearl and clear beads really pretty the chain is more chunky. It is 32 inch long with a 2 inch extension.
