NEEDS TO GO

Refer to the 2nd/3rdphotos for an accurate depiction of the dress's color. Please note this dress is by the brand panoply and has been altered from a size 4 to a size 0. Will fit someone up to a height of 5'4 in flat shoes (I am 5' and wore it with 4" heels and it was perfect, I weigh 95 lbs) Worn once&purchased for $700.
