Adorable rainbow colored scoop necked sleeveless dress by NEESHA. Pulls over head and is super comfortable and silky. Size S/M, measures about 16” pit to pit and 33” long (straight down from neckline to shortest point). Comprised of 93% polyester and 7% spandex.
