NEO brand black neoprene tube woven crossbody or shoulder bag

NEO brand, made in Italy. They used black neoprene tube woven into the exterior design and strap of handbag. Lined with black cotton pouch which has an interior open pocket. Approx measurements 11” x 8” 7” deep. Strap drop of 17”. New, never used condition. Last picture shows similar bag on their website selling for $186 euros or $211 dollars.
