Tags removed, NEVER WORN. Perfect for petite girls! Bought this skirt to wear over olive green tights with little black ankle booties. However, I never wore the skirt before I gained weight. Perfect for summer or in between seasons. Paired with a leather jacket, this skirt can go from innocent to edgy. It is approximately 15", measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom. 12.5" waist. I am 5' 7.5" and the skirt is much too short on me.
