Tags removed, NEVER WORN! Ordered this top in M and it is A LOT smaller than I expected. Tobi seems to run small in all of their clothing. I easily wear SM and MD in most brands currently and this top seems to fit more like an XS.
This top is styled like a peasant top-can be worn on or pulled off the shoulders. The blue floral against the black background is gorgeous. Bottom of the top is elastic so that it will blouse up. The short sleeves are not elastic around the arms...they are loose.
