NEVER WORN Little black one shoulder dress

This little black dress has one strap on the left side. It's brand is ruby rox but I put Macy's for exposure and that's where I originally bought it from. It still has some detailing (photo 2) on the front of the dress and it has never been worn and still has the tags on it. The only reason why I never wore it was because it was just my back up dress just in case my original dress didn't come on time. It's a size 1 and in length from strap is 32 & a quarter inch.
