NEVER WORN Nautical vest

Beautiful women’s size small nautica vest. What is great about this vest is that it’s reversible...so you can wear both sides. One side is blue and black and the other side is all black. Never worn because it was to small for me. The material is a light nylon. I believe it’s has poly fiber but not 100 percent sure. It feels like all nylon. If you have any questions please let me know.
