NEVER WORN O.P.T. Mini Floral Dress size Small

Adorable O.P.T. dress, mini, size small, BRAND NEW, still has the tags on. Comes with a built in liner under the dress. I am 5'9" and it is a little short in the back but still wearable, I took it with me when I moved abroad and back just never found an occasion to wear it.
