NEVER WORN Pacsun hi-rise denim cutoff shorts

Hi rise, medium wash, on the shorter side. Super cute, but have never worn because they give me a waist gap:( They are Bullhead denim, which is a brand Pacsun doesn’t sell any more and (in my opinion) is way better than the jeans they sell now!
