NEVER WORN Pleated black high-waisted skirt!

This skirt is like new; it doesn’t have tags but it has never been worn! It is made of 97% cotton and 3% spandex, and this heavier fabric blend gives the skirt a nice shape. It is durable and fitted at the waist, and there is a tiny hook and zipper on the back that blends right into the pleats. Machine washable!
