This Black and Tan patterned sweater dress can be dressed up or down. Never been worn and super stretchy! Just wasn't my size! Measurements lying flat are as follows: armpit to armpit: 11 inches. Waist: 9.5 inches. Hips: 11 inches. Sleeves: 10.5 inches shoulder to end. Length neck to bottom front: 27 inches. I'm not offended by offers!
