*NEVER WORN* The Limited 312 dark wash jeans

I bought 2 pairs of these jeans, one pair in a lighter wash & this pair that are darker. I tried on the lighter colored pair in the store & liked them so well that I grabbed this darker pair & bought them without trying them on. They never fit me & have never been worn. I'm guessing they were somehow mislabeled and are smaller than a size 8. I'm assuming a size 6 because I could fit into them but they were just too tight to wear anywhere. I truly love these jeans & wish I could wear them.
