NEW 1 State Dress - Stitch Fix

This is a gorgeous dress that unfortunately never wore. I bought it just last year thinking I would wear it since Royal Blue color is one of my favorite colors on me. Never been worn. Just touches my knees. It is a midi dress. It does have stretch in this dress and it’s stretchy at the neck. Perfect dress for summer time! Priced to sell! It was in my summer bin.
