2003 Playing Mantis Memory Lane Santa Claus is Comin’ To Town Santa repeats 8 phrases from the classic TV special.  Features removable hat and jacket! This is NEW in Original Box and has never been removed from the package.  The box isn't perfect and shows shelf wear due to age, but the actual figure is NEW and in nice shape for an 18+ year old item.  The beard has yellowed a bit, it currently doesn't talk as the batteries have long since expired and probably need to be replaced, but will leave that up to the new owner (to avoid damaging the item).  I can't guarantee it will talk once the batteries are replaced.   The contents are new, but the box isn’t perfect and show shelf wear due to age, it's over 18 years old.   Note: The pictures are of the actual item.  Please remember that color can vary a bit due to lighting.
