I really don’t appreciate that you are not willingly allowing a return for the ring. You listed as 14k and the ring was sterling silver. I consider myself very kind, but I cannot accept someone who will not do the right thing. I suggest you facilitate the return process with Poshmark. I’m a stay at home mom with not a lot to do. I’m more than willing to keep creating accounts and posting these types of comments on all of your listings.
