It's a really nice lace w/stretch that works well for us busty people but isn't a gross cheap stretchy lace :) At the time that I purchased this dress I was usually a large, 36G or 38F if that helps. The waist is elastic (& would look great with or without a belt or ribbon) Un-stretched it's 14.5-15", fully stretched it's 21.5". The bust is 18" hanging on the hanger, but measured lying flat (as it's supposed to be measured) it's 21" - and that's un-stretched. Let me know if you need anything else!
