This skirt is size 1X and made by Intro. It is made with 100% rayon and machine washable. The waist measures 19 1/2" across, the hips measure 28" across and is 31 1/2" in length in the back, It is a little longer in the back than the front. It is new with tags, (retail value of $54), might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice skirt.
