Has a little plastic thing on the top, I am pretty sure it's meant to be removed, but leaving there just in case.
Size XXL. Has a tag that says "8" in it too but I don't think that is size related.

8 is the size. 64cm or 25in. That's a big hat... The biggest a maker will build without being completely custom.
The button at the top is a squatchee and probably had matching fabric over it. Don't remove it... Someone can still recover it. Someone with a huge head.
