Hello! Is the number size on this jacket a 40? Or is it larger or smaller? I know this brand normally sizes by number rather than small, medium, or large so I want to confirm the size. Also, is this the thick cotton lining? They have a winter version with a thick lining and a summer version with a thinner lining so I'm not sure which one this is by the pictures alone.
