NEW! Beautiful Shimmering Button down Blouse

This beautiful button down blouse is New with tags, will go with anything, and is soft! It has hidden buttons except for the top one that is black & gold and a black & gold rope along the edges. It is gold, red, blue, & black, and has gold shimmery dots all over it. It is a little bit sheer, but it's hard to notice with the design and bling. I have 2 in this size.
