NEW Beautiful Strapless Formal Dress

This strapless dress was worn once, practically NWOT! It's beautiful fabric w/ amazing ruffles, very form fitting & slimming. Has a little rubber strip on the inner part to help it not slide off your chest, as well as two plastic strips on both sides to help the dress have form & hold!
