NEW Beautifully detailed dress

This is a beautifully detailed 2-layer dress. It’s nice and light and you can dress it up and wear it as is! I purchased to be worn for my maternity photos (this is not a maternity dress) and the band across the waist is soft and scratchy. It is a little big on me. I can’t return so my loss, your great new find :)
