elmonina01 @totallykalea7 I don’t believe so. I’m 5’2” and it stops about 3 inches above my knees. The dress measures approx. 19.5” from below the bust area down to the bottom.

taeliza Does this fit on the smaller side? according to the size chart, i think i'm an XS but some reviews say that it fits small and a size up is recommended. I'm 5'3" 34C 25-26" waist

elmonina01 @taeliza Hi. Yes, I think this does fit on the smaller size. I had to get a friend to wear it for the pictures since it was much smaller than typical Bebe size small. Had I there been reviews when I purchased this dress, I would’ve definitely purchased a size M.
