hsuwannuch @lisahydo that must be new, when I purchased it I don’t think it had both options. I’m petite and am 5’0 and weigh 93 pounds so the dress I have goes to my Ankle (see photos). I bought this last year along with other dresses for a wedding but I never wore this so it’s brand new. If you have any other questions let me know :)
