NEW Blue Gingham Plus Sz 4X Smocked Waist Tiered Cotton Boho Skirt Side Pockets

This skirt is size 4X and made by Universal Thread. It is made with 100% cotton and machine washable. It has a smocked waist and two side pockets. The waist measures 24 1/2" across unstretched and is about 35 1/2" in length. It is new without tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice skirt.
