This New Blum Musical Dress could definitely be a conversation starter. Fabric content isn’t given, however it has a satiny soft sheen to it. The top area has two side darts for a figure flattering contoured fit. The skirt area has a full flowing swing to the design. There is a seam that runs around the waist. The pit to pit measures 30” and the length of the dress is 38”. There is a 17” “no show” zipper in the back for easy dressing. There are bo visible stains or tears on this garment.
