@catherine234 The Hawaiian 🌺 shall is approx 23 across but a lot of excess. Because this is a shall. 17” from top to bottom now with the fringe at the bottom makes it a total of longest point 30inches (at the longest fringe). 11in at the neck opening but it’s all adjustable.
