Every year our family loved going to the Hot Air Balloon festivals, Disney and to the many beautiful beaches we have. 4th of July is a huge celebration for us since we are all retired military. Our inspiration in designing our brand revolved around the times that hold special to our family. Every set is New but there are sets that have been taken out of the original packaging to take pictures and get measurements. Here you have a very cute and buttery soft boutique hot air balloon dress great for the festivals or a summer vacation. The colors are very vibrant and gorgeous. The material is cotton and lycra. This dress has stretch and is super soft! This is a L which is a US size 4T. Measurements are Length is 22 inches Sleeve length from shoulder to end is 8 inches Armpit to Armpit is 11 inches Slight Variation in measurements may be different which is another reason we made sure to add spandex to these sets. Wash Care- We have found washing inside out and lay flat to dry is the best way to keep the colors vibrant. Item is New in bag.
