NEW CATO Large black lace ruffled sides blouse

NEW never worn only tried on before buying! beautiful large blouse from Cato..black lace with fully lined tank underneath, sleeveless capped shoulders, emperor collar with 2 buttons closure and keyhole in the back..ruffles going down the front on the sides. Would look cute with skinny jeans and 👢 boots! Has some stretch to it. I’m a 38c and 34” waist for reference but it’s made to have a fitted look. Very flattering on!
