Rock your inner Katniss or channel the Scottish Highlands, either way, you'll look cool in your new chunky cowl. It is new and has never been worn. It hangs on the left shoulder and left hip with a bit of a peek-a-boo back. This is perfect to wear over any piece of clothing or a jacket. I believe it to be a washable wool and can be worn year round (no tags).
