The outer shell is treated to repel water. This jacket has snaps under the collar so that you can attach your own hood. The front has a wind flap with hook and eye closure and zipper. There are also large pockets too. This jacket is style C03 BLK. RN 14806. This one is missing the large description tag on the sleeve, but still has the original purchase tags on it.
