NEW Chelsea and Theodore Blue White Lightweight Textured Tunic Sweater sz L

NEW Chelsea and Theodore long line tunic length sweater. Sweater is a thin material: 67% polyester and 33% rayon. Top does not have the retail tag but does have the size sticker. Bottom hem is asymmetrical/hi-low. See pics for measurements. There are a few small pulls/loose threads that do not interfere with the overall appearance of the top.
