ssarmien @shellfishellis well i am a 4 too but i haven't bought dresses in a while. I just tried it on to give you a better idea. Like it fits me but I gained a little weight and I don't like dresses that fit tight on me so that is what I meant by a little small...Specifically this dress is just a little tight on me right below the bust but other than that the dress is loose. and I just measured how high from the knee it was when I put it on.. It was 6 inches above my knee and I'm a little bit more than 5' 3"... Just to give you an idea!!. So it might be a little short in length for you if your 5' 9 😔.

ssarmien @shellfishellis Almost forgot to tell you.. The area that feels tight on me is "stretchy" it's just that I complelty stretch the width out so is why it feels a little more tight than I usually like it... And the dress is 70% rayon and 30% linen. Hope this helps!! Let me know if there are any more questions I can answer for you!!
