NEW DIRECTIONS off-shoulder top with bling

Pretty top that can be worn off the shoulder. Paisley design with blingy crystals. This may have had three larger crystals or stones on it that are now missing BUT it isn't noticable. Could be added later if you wish. Please see pics! Flowy with 3/4 Sleeves. Soft, cool material.
