bettybooliz I was afraid of that. Both of my Derek Lam shoes are a 38.5 which is equivalent to a US 8 according to the ORCHARDMILE.COM size chart provided with Derek Lam shoes. They even recommend sizing up 1/2 size if the shoe is pointed. So these are very nice dress shoes, but are actually a 7.5 my heel will be hanging off...

bettybooliz I do like the shoes, would like to purchase. However I am concerned they might be too small. i do take a size 8, but when I looked at 2 other pairs that I already own by the same brand they say 38.5 on the back as a size 8. Do they run normal....
